Quick vitals entry is a feature within the EMR system that allows users to enter a patient's vital signs—such as blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and more—directly from the Patient Information Screen or via Quick Actions on the Patient Profile, without needing to navigate to the dedicated Vitals Screen.
