Review Provider Revenue by Location

1. The user can review provider revenue by location by accessing the “Location Reports” through Reports from two entry points.
   1. From the EMR Admin, click on “Location Reports” under “Reports.”
      
   2. From the Left Navigation, open the “EMR Admin” dropdown, select “Reports,” and then choose “Location Reports” from the subsequent dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can type “Location Reports” into the search bar in the Left Navigation.
2. The Service by Location tab opens by default. To view the provider revenue by location, click on the “Provider by Location” tab.
   
3. The Service by Location tab opens by default. To view the provider revenue by location, set the Start and End Dates, select the Location, and then click “Apply” to filter the data for the specified period.
   
4. At the top of the screen, key metrics for the selected period are displayed, including Total Provider Revenue, Active Locations, Top Provider, and Active Providers.
   Note: “Total Provider Revenue” is the total income generated by all providers combined from the services they perform across the Med SPA. “Active Locations” refers to the number of Med SPA clinics or branches currently operational and offering services. “Top Provider” is the provider who generates the highest revenue within a selected time period or location. “Active Providers” refers to the number of providers currently working and delivering services within the Med SPA during a given timeframe.
5. Review the bar graph for Provider Revenue by Location.
   
6. Below the bar graphs, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of Provider Performance by Location.
