View Booking Statistics for a Service
This user guide explains how to view booking statistics for a service in the DigiMEDSPA portal. You can track the number of bookings for a specific service, including completed and upcoming appointments, with insights broken down by day, week, and month. These statistics help monitor service performance, identify trends, and plan resources efficiently.

Booking Statistics for a Service
Booking statistics for a service provides data on the number of appointments scheduled and completed for a specific service within the DigiMEDSPA portal. A service refers to any treatment, procedure, or offering available at the Med SPA, such as Botox, facials, or massage sessions. These statistics help track service performance, monitor trends, and plan resources effectively over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
View Booking Statistics for a Service
- The user can view booking statistics for a service by accessing the Services List Screen from two entry points.
- From the EMR Admin, click on “Services” under “Services & Bundles.”
- From the Left Navigation, open the “EMR Admin” dropdown menu, select “Services & Bundles,” and then choose “Services” from the subsequent dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can type “Services” into the search bar in the Left Navigation.
- From the EMR Admin, click on “Services” under “Services & Bundles.”
- To view booking statistics for a specific service from the list, click the three dots in the action column and select "View," or simply click anywhere on the specific service’s data.
- The Service View Screen will open, displaying all details of the selected service. Scroll down to the Booking Statistics section, which shows the number of bookings for today, this week, previous week, this month, and previous month. To see a detailed list of all bookings for this service, click “View All” in the top-right corner of the Booking Statistics section.
