Reschedule / Edit a Booking
This user guide provides clear, step-by-step instructions on rescheduling or editing a booking. In our portal, the term "booking" is used to refer to appointments. Our portal offers two booking options: Express Booking for quick single-service scheduling and Advanced Booking for booking multiple services simultaneously.
Understanding Terminologies
Booking
A Booking refers to reserving a specific time slot for esthetic and wellness procedures such as facials, chemical peels, injectables, or laser therapies. It typically involves selecting a time slot, specifying the type of service required, and confirming the appointment details. This booking process allows the Med SPA to manage its schedule efficiently, optimize resources, and provide a seamless experience for patients.
Reschedule a Booking (Appointment)
- Reschedule a Booking from the Bookings App
- The user can reschedule a booking through the ‘Bookings App’ accessible via three entry points.
- From the EMR Board Tabs, select “Bookings”.
- From the Left Navigation, click on the “EMR Board” dropdown and select “Bookings”.
- From the EMR Panel, click on “Bookings” under “EMR Board”.
- From the patient list in the Bookings App, click on three dots under the action column and select "Reschedule" for the specific patient.
- From the EMR Board Tabs, select “Bookings”.
- The user can reschedule a booking through the ‘Bookings App’ accessible via three entry points.
- To reschedule your appointment, simply choose a new Date and Time, select an available time slot, and then click the 'Confirm' button to finalize the changes.
- Once the changes are confirmed, the Booking Details screen will show the new Date and Time for your appointment in the patient profile.
The booking has been successfully rescheduled!

- Update the Date and Time, select an available time slot, and then click the 'Confirm' button to finalize the changes.

Edit a Booking (Appointment)
- Edit a Booking from the Bookings App
- The user can edit a booking via Bookings App.
- From the patient list in the Bookings App, click on three dots under the action column and select "Edit" for the specific patient.
Note: Editing a booking lets you modify details such as services, notes, date, and time, whereas rescheduling a booking specifically adjusts the appointment’s date and/or time while keeping other details unchanged.

- Edit the booking details, make the desired changes and click on ‘’Update Booking.’’
