    1. From the EMR Admin, click on “Membership Reports” under “Reports.”
    2. From the Left Navigation, open the “EMR Admin” dropdown, select “Reports,” and then choose “Membership Reports” from the subsequent dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can type “Membership Reports” into the search bar in the Left Navigation.
  2. On the Membership Reports Screen, you will find sections for Monthly Report, Current Members, New Members, Cancellations, and Net New Memberships, providing a clear overview of membership activity. 3. To view reports of current members, select the Location and Membership Type from the dropdown menus, and then click “Apply Filters” to filter the data for the specific location and membership type.
  4. At the top of the screen, key metrics for the selected period are displayed, including Total Active Members, Monthly Revenue, Members by Membership Type and Location with their count and revenue.
Note: “Total Active Members” is the total number of members whose memberships are active and in good standing during the selected period. “Monthly Revenue” is the total income generated from membership fees for the selected month. “Members by Membership Type” is a breakdown of active members according to their membership plan or type, showing how many members belong to each type and revenue generated from each type. “Members by Location” is a breakdown of active members based on their associated location or branch, showing the count of members from each location.
  5. Review the pie chart to see the distribution of membership types, and the bar graph to view membership counts by type for each location.
  6. Below the graphs, a detailed list of active members is displayed, showing each member’s email, membership type, location, start date, next renewal date, and monthly fee.
