Manage Email Campaign Templates
This user guide offers quick steps to create and customize email templates, define audiences, schedule campaigns, and personalize content to boost engagement and streamline email marketing.
Understanding Terminologies
Email Campaign Template
An email campaign template is a pre-designed framework tailored to promote wellness services, aesthetic procedures, and special offers. It includes customizable sections for highlighting featured services, patient testimonials, seasonal promotions, and calls-to-action.
Add Email Campaign Template
- The user can create an email campaign template by accessing “eMail Marketing” in the Digital Marketing Panel from two entry points.’
- From the Digital Marketing Panel, click on “eMail Marketing.”
- From the Left Navigation, click on the “Digital Marketing” dropdown menu, and select “eMail Marketing.’’
- From the Digital Marketing Panel, click on “eMail Marketing.”
- On the Campaigns List Screen, click on ‘’Templates’’ tab.
- To create a new campaign template, click on the ‘’New Campaign Template’’ button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter the Template Name, upload the Template Image, choose colors for Action Button and Action Button background. Once you are done, click on the ‘’Create Campaign Template’’ button.
Note: At the end of the screen you will be displayed the information regarding the duration and cost required for the creation of the campaign template.The email campaign template has been successfully created!
Edit Email Campaign Template
- From the campaign templates list, click on the ‘’Edit Template’’ button for the specific template you want to edit.
- Make the desired changes in the campaign template. You can also change the Status of the campaign template from the dropdown menu. Once done, click “Update Campaign Template.”
The email campaign template has been successfully edited!
