Invoice Footer Disclaimer

An invoice footer disclaimer is a short statement or note placed at the bottom of an invoice that provides important information related to the transaction. It is commonly used to include legal notices, payment terms, refund policies, liability limitations, or other conditions that apply to the invoice or services provided.

Edit Invoice Footer Disclaimer

  1. The user can edit invoice footer disclaimer by accessing ‘’Payment Processing’’ from two entry points.
    1. From the EMR Admin, click on “Payment Processing.”
    2. From the Left Navigation, click on the “EMR Admin” dropdown and select “Payment Processing.” Alternatively, you can type “Payment Processing” into the search bar in the Left Navigation.
  2. Enter the required Stripe keys, then proceed to edit the Invoice Footer Disclaimer by updating the text with the necessary notes, policies, or terms you want displayed at the bottom of your invoices. Once you have finalized the disclaimer content, click “Submit” to save the changes.

  3. The invoice footer disclaimer will appear in this format on the final invoice.
