Doctor Gant is a Board Certified Dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She completed her undergraduate studies at Duke University, then returned to her native Ohio to attend the Ohio State School of Medicine, where she was a member of the Gold Humanism in Medicine Honor Society. Dr. Gant also completed her Dermatology residency at Ohio State, serving as the Chief Resident in her final year. After three years practicing a combination of private and academic dermatology on the East Coast, Dr. Gant and her family settled in Northern California and she has been practicing in the area since 2012. Her husband, Dr. Jon Gant is an orthopedic hand surgeon and practices locally as well. Dr. Gant enjoys all aspects of medical dermatology with a special focus in acne and rosacea as well as skin cancer prevention. She enjoys the ongoing relationships she has with her patients and she strives to incorporate the best new practices and technology into her care.
