UCSF School of Medicine trained physician Tye dePeña MD, is the owner of Santa Cruz Med Spa. He was board certified at UCSF, and has trained in Aesthetic Medicine since 1999. He sees patients weekly, and supervises all treatments. Judy Monihan PA assists treatments with over 10 years of experience owning her own skin care company Bella Tu. We are constantly innovating, and have brought multiple state of the art lasers including the Picosure, the Starlux, and the Gentle Max Pro to perform hair-reduction on all skin types. We use a state of the art Skin Stylus Micro-needling system to safely improve melasma resistant to multiple fractional ablative laser treatments, without the risks associated with laser treatment of these high risk problems.
