Dr. Handel is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been in practice for over 35 years. Elaine is also Board Certified and has been in aesthetics for almost 10 years. This dynamic duo brings cutting edge technique leaving patients feeling their ultimate best.
