View a Patient's Past and Upcoming Procedures

This user guide provides instructions on how to view a patient’s past and upcoming procedures. In just a few steps, you can easily access procedure history and future appointments.

Past Procedures

Past procedures are previously completed medical or esthetic treatments recorded in the patient’s profile.

Upcoming Procedures

Upcoming procedures are scheduled medical or esthetic treatments planned for a future date.

View a Patient's Past and Upcoming Procedures

  1. Patient’s past and upcoming procedures can only be viewed through the "Patients List Screen," accessible via three entry points.
    1. From the EMR Board Tabs, select “Patients.’’
    2. From the EMR Panel, click on “Patients” under “EMR Board.’’
    3. From the Left Navigation, click on the “EMR Board” dropdown and select “Patients.”
  2. From the patient list, click on three dots under the action column and select "View Patient Profile" for the specific patient.
  3. On the Patient Profile page, users can access a comprehensive summary of all patient details. To view the procedures, simply click on the ‘Procedures’ tab.
  4. Cosmetic procedures will be the first to be displayed when you click the Procedures tab. The ‘Cosmetic Timeline’ will showcase all cosmetic procedures along with Procedure Images, Treatment Summary, and Paperwork.
    Note: ‘Procedure images’ are Photos or visual records taken before, during, or after a procedure to document treatment progress and results. A ‘treatment summary’ is a detailed overview of the procedure, including the date, type of treatment, provider details, and keynotes. ‘Paperwork’ refers to relevant documents associated with the procedure, such as consent forms, post-care instructions, and treatment records.
  5. Health procedures can be viewed by clicking ‘Health Timeline.’ The ‘Health Timeline’ will showcase all health procedures along with Procedure Images, Treatment Summary, and Paperwork.
